Posthumous tribute, to Fidela Magpayo more fondly known as Tiya Dely. Her program in radio Dear Tiya Dely ran for many decades. She will be missed by millions of Filipinos all over the country. Dely Magpayo is one of the pioneering leaders in Philippine Broadcasting. She died at the age of 87. She was extremely loyal to her profession and never strayed into enterprise that will sully her name and that of her chosen discipline.
